Diana Scherer is a German artist who lives and works in Amsterdam. Her work explores notions of collecting, control, and the relationship between humans and nature. She has exhibited her photographs across the world, and published two books. Her chosen image comes from her latest book Nuture Studies (2012), for which she spent three years experimenting, researching and cultivating her ‘flower pieces’ before organising, archiving, and photographing them.
