Rut Blees Luxemburg is a German artist who lives and works in London, where she reads Urban Aesthetics at The Royal College of Art. Her work explores the representation of the city and the phenomenon of the urban. She has exhibited her photographs widely and produced various publications, including An Academic Year (2014) and Commonsensual (2009). Her chosen image comes from the series London Dust (2014), which looks at failed architectural projects within the Square Mile.
